LGBT Guy Hoping To Find A Room To Rent Asap (san francisco)

My name is Jon Paul, 29, Part of the LGBT Community.
Very easy going and respectful, don't smoke cigarettes, and OCD when it comes to cleanliness.
I dont have any pets, but I do love animals.
I'm working most of the time.
Have been forced into a situation where im scrambling trying to find a room to rent for a reasonable amount as soon as possible.
Its been extremely hard to do with my work schedule.
Hoping I get some luck here I would prefer to stay in or near san francisco, but am open to expanding as long as its still in the bay area.
Mainly to avoid having to commute hours a day to work :).
