Wanting a temporary place to stay... (los altos)

Mature lady, needing to find a temporary place to stay approximately 3 to 6 months; which is the time my apartment will be ready for me to move in.
I am able to do work exchange e.
g.
light household duties, Senior lady companionship, light cooking, housing, dog walks etc.
I do not smoke, nor do I drink, and like to eat healthy as much as I can! and I'd prefer a mature household.
