Offering Seniors household help, cooking, errands, exchange for room

Hello, I am looking for a private room and board, in exchange for 10 hours a week of light cooking/clean up, pet and plant care, errands, driving, overnight security and my being available for emergencies.
Older woman preferred; I myself am 68.
(This is what Senior Services call a companion, rather than any hands-on help or medical care; so this could be ideal for someone who just needs a little extra help, or wants someone to be there at night for security or Emergencies) Thank you, Theresa
