I'm a mature employed gay male, work full-time (regular hours), non-smoking, no pets, responsible, considerate and respectful.
I'm looking to share a place with roommates that are gay or gay friendly, with a room that is somewhat larger than average Requirements: reasonable parking, privacy, washer/dryer and kitchen privileges.
A private bathroom while not required would be a big plus.
Cost: I'm willing to consider anything between $850-1050 depending upon what is included (utilities), amenities, location, space & environment.
