I'm searching for a communal living situation in a walkable location - Golden Gate Park, Haight, Mission, Cow Hollow are all areas I've enjoyed.
Being close to coffee shops, bars, stores, public transportation is the desire.
Recent opportunities to explore the city have been fruitful, and I want to try it and out and see if it would work well long-term.
I have some flexibility to move in towards the end of January, but I would ideally want to move in at the start of February.
I'd appreciate not having to pay over $1400/month in rent + utilities.
It would be preferable to make a trip in January to meet the people and get a feel for the place.
I am able to work remotely during my work week, but can't fathom spending my entire work week in one spot.
Typically, I'll balance it out by working at a rotation of coffee shops.
I value communication, mutual respect, cleanliness, and empathy.
Having a communal living situation that can range from relaxing to chatty is ideal.
Cooking for myself and others brings me joy.
Music and books are close to my heart.
Being able to connect with others and cultivate deeper relationships in the city is the goal.
