I will give you a description of myself and of my lifestyle/routine.

I work outside the home as a tutor in Spanish and English, though I do have online classes which I give with my computer from my room.
I have Masters degrees in Spanish Literature and in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
I spent 4 years in Madrid, Spain teaching English, and I taught Spanish at UCLA while getting my first Masters degree there.
I have ample earnings and savings without ever having been late or failed to pay rent.
I have numerous professional and personal references which I'll provide if requested.
I do have an indoor cat that stays in my room when I'm not at home.
If it's permissible, I left her walk around outside when I am with her.
She is very quiet.
I don't entertain or invite overnight guests where I rent.
I use my room for sleeping, relaxing, giving some online Spanish or English classes, very little if anything, else.
I prepare simple meals and clean up very well after myself, whether in the kitchen or in the bathroom.
I do not shower more than three times a week, most often no more than twice.
I don't drink or do drugs.
I have a reliable car, which I have serviced regularly.
