Looking for a room to rent (Oakland)

I (33 yo she/her) am looking for a room to rent in the east bay.
I currently live in Vallejo and work in Oakland so I'm looking to move closer to work to have less of a commute.
I am not a party person and respect the privacy of my housemates.
Totally down to be friends with housemates, but I respect if people would rather keep to themselves.
I make sure to clean up after myself and partake in household chores.
I like open communication so there is no resentment in the house.
I have no problem taking constructive criticism, so if there's anything you need to tell me I will adjust accordingly, you will not need to tell me more than once.
I do have a small dog (4yr old Maltese mix, 16lbs).
He is completely house trained.
Never has an accident.
May bark at mailman but he's well behaved other than that.
I’m hoping for a month to month rental agreement, but if not a 6 month lease with option to extend.
I would love to meet you if you think this sounds like a good fit.
