We are a professional couple who both are long term business owners.
We love living in West Marin, where we have rented for the last five years, but are ready to move to warmer Novato or Petaluma.
We're quiet, both have deep meditation practices, love animals although we own no house pets, have farm experience and have respect for shared space, are private folks and like to keep a clean and welcoming home.
We'd love to find a shared living situation on a horse property where we can keep our horse (hopefully to join your herd): He's a 15 year old red roan QH- easy keeper, used to herd life, currently lives in pasture/paddock at a private home on 40 acres with two other horses.
We hope to find a place to share with like minded roommate(s) and would love to either look for a place with you, or talk with you about your potential situation where you already live.
We're looking to share rent, however are open to caretaking situation if that fits your life.
We don't smoke or do drugs and have experience in communal living.
We're in a month-to-month and are ready to move anytime.
