Free/Reduced Rent Exchange (Los Gatos)

Looking for a senior citizen or person with light handicap who has a home with xtra room to share in exchange for help in errands, meals, assistance, and also feeling safe with someone close by at night.
I work in the medical field at a desk job full-time from home but I am also flexible to step away and lend a helping hand when needed which would include making meals, driving to doctor appointments, and assisting in daily routine needs.
My free time availability will be mainly in the evening hours.
I am quiet and don’t have guests.
I don’t go out at night or socialize at all except to meet up occasionally for a cup of coffee with a friend.
I’ve been a single mom for many years and have had to use credit to survive throughout the last few years.
My child has headed to college and my goal is to reduce my debt and keep my good credit.
This will be achieved by downsizing and reducing living expenses while continuing to do what I have been doing for the past 18 years which is to provide assistance for someone in need.
I do also have caretaker experience and can provide references from those who can vouch for my reliable nature while going beyond expectations when handed responsibilities.
Reduced rent works as well for the exchange depending on the level of needed assistance.
