LOOKING FOR A HOUSE-SHARE IN NOVATO or Fairfax (novato)

We're a professional couple looking for a roommate/house share in Novato or Fairfax.
We currently live in a month to month rental in West Marin, and enjoy the quiet wooded life, but are in need of the warmer climate of Novato and Fairfax and still be able to commute to Marin and for work.
We have a horse who lives in Nicasio on a private property with two other horses, and can either keep him there or move him to a boarding facility near a new home.
We are animal lovers but do not currently own any house pets.
(We'd love to meet yours!!) We hope to find an awesome roommate situation, in an existing rental or one we can find together that will have space, light, privacy (a private entrance would be great) is quiet and a peaceful and compatible home to share together.
We don't smoke or do drugs - we meditate and live very quiet lives.
