Need to find solid clean mates; somewhere b/w Santa Cruz & Los Gatos (santa cruz)

EITHER you have a space and think I might fit in OR person(s) looking to group up and rent a house Wants from mates: Gender or sexual orientation is unimportant Mature(ish) Neat and cleanly prefererd Quiet (mostly) No work from home Respectful of others space and belongings Will actually clean and really knows how to Short bit about Me: I just keep to myself mostly.
I have few guests irregularly.
I have been working 6-7 days/wk for over 2 years now to support myself and my children who do not live with me.
1 work 12hr days and commute with little sleep in-between (3-4days/wk).
I need to use the kitchen somewhere around when I get home so I can eat unwind for a breath and sleep like 5 hours and do it again all over(630ish?) Also I leave aroud 3:30-4am on those days as well.
I am a daytime person but I've been known to stay up all night when time allots I like music and constantly learning things (<-- Sumation of Me) I am a an empath so I need a break from people sometimes.
I need to feel my feelings as well and it's tough when you constantly feel others.
On the flip side I love being in the crowds you find at festivals and concerts, etc.
I like plants in general and I am into container gardening.
