Csueb student looking for a room to rent (Hayward)

I am a female Chinese student who is currently looking for a room that is a walking distance of my school Csueb.
I am pretty quiet, no friend or guest will come to the house.
I have one hamster and two dogs I can bring only one of them if you don't allow two.
Looking for a room priced better under $1,000 a month and can start to rent at the beginning of next month.
