Needing a room/care for a 90 year old woman (pittsburg / antioch)

I have a family member that is on a tight fixed income and 90 years old.
She has dementia but is not aggressive or combative.
I'm hoping to find someone that is home alot and had extra room and may need extra money.
She needs day to day help with dressing, shower and such.
The care homes throughout the cities of California are unaffordable sadly and not a option.
Im looking for somewhere in the bay area, doesn't have to be Brentwood or Oakley.
