Would like a studio, adu unit to rent $900-1200 (util included) (napa county)

HI! I am searching for a studio or ADU unit to rent along with my 9lb Senior Poodle.
We both have rental history and references available.
I would love if there was a garden and a bit of extra storage as I have some camping gear.
I have no evictions, never done any drugs, looking for a clean and smoke free environment.
I also would be interested in teaming with a responsible hard working individual.
My time off is usually spent with my puppy out walking, making friends at local parks (fur friends too) or watching whatever random thing I can find.
I love old people and animals - so you'll likely find me around either :)
