Seeking RV Parking - Pay for a Spot - $500 to $800 easy money (san carlos)

Hello! I have a newly converted van - 20 ft L, 9 ft H - fits in a regular space.
I am seeking a place to park in at nights - like driving home to my own spot.
I do not require hook ups, though water access to fill my tank would be very nice.
Ideally, you have a larger driveway, or a space on your property that I can come park in afterwork, and feel comfortable leaving my door open and enjoying the van/the space in a safe environment.
I am a professional, work most of the time.
I enjoy going on road trips when I can.
I live this lifestyle by choice, not because I can't afford an apartment.
Ideally, you have some land or a longer driveway - I ride horses and know how to groom them.
I am also happy to help out with yard work or anything like that.
My pay range is $500 - $800/month for just parking and enjoying the space.
