Single female looking for room for rent.
About me, I work full-time for a non profit sometimes more depending on jobs I pick up ( I clean homes, dogsit, do office work for friends, and past employers) I also won't be home every other weekend, I'll be home off with friends.
When I'm home I like to relax, clean, do my laundry.
I'm fairly outdoorsy so often riding my bike, working out as well.
Looking for a nice place to relax and rest when I'm not working, not looking for a party house, I don't drink or use any substances, medications, and would prefer similar in a housemate.
I also have a daughter who is with me a portion of the time, not full-time at the moment, times can vary but she's an angel and extremely well behaved.

Kitchen access and laundry access are my deal breakers, I am extremely clean and organized as well, I do not leave a mess not even overnight, so you can expect that from me in regards to house cleanliness.
I'm willing to offer housecleaning in exchange for rent reduction.
