9 month room for rent wanted in pet friendly home (novato)

Hello.
I'm moving out of a large home I rented in Novato after caring for my elderly mother with dementia, who died in December.
The year ahead will include selling her home and administering her estate.
I need to move, but do not want to put down roots again and create a new household of my own while I move through this loss and the work it entails.
I'm a mature (65) year old woman who works hybrid work schedule and longtime job in the city.
I have a dog and a cat.
Since I'll put most of my furniture and belongings in storage during this time, I'm looking for a clean, quite room in a home where I and my pets will be welcome through the end of this year.
Non smoking, quiet, clean.
