Most rooms in SC are $1500+ in a old house.
If you think about, places I’ve seen are kind of beat down and you'll be sharing with people you don't know! How is that scenario different than what I'm proposing? most rooms for rent you have to share a bathroom/shower too!!! Not to mention, you're locked into their house location, we can agree on cost and area of our search.

In the area $3000 we'll split cost (s) and will get us a pretty nice apartment even a condo in a good area of our choosing! With that being said, $1500 each is not bad! all things considered, even rooms for rent are suspect at $1500 .
