Room needed in a safe place for single mother with an 11yr old.
Needed a soon as Feb 1st or by March 1st-3rd at the very latest.
$750 Deposit + $700 utilities paid sepatately

Use of kitchen, and if possible laundry.
Wi-fi would be awesome as well, but not a must.
We are clean, friendly, minimalistic, and can mind our business and not yours.
I dont drink but I dont mind those who do in moderation.
I dont do drugs.
I respectfully request somewhere with smoking outside, if you do smoke.
We sleep by 9pm and dont mind noise as long as its not a party on a weekday, on weekends go ahead and make noise, we dont mind.
Females housemates prefered, but not limited, and multiple housemates okay as long as they are good people.
We read books, watch movies, we color and draw, play board games, and are pretty low key.
She doesn't color on things or make messes that cant be easily picked up.
We need a home, temporarily or more long term, if we can.
We will be sharing one room without issue.
Shared bathroom is understandable and acceptable.
Requesting a meet and greet in a public setting to see if we fit before both parties agree.
