Quiet professional seeks room/in-law (San Francisco)

Hello, I am a professional in my 40’s looking for a place to rent (short or long term).
I am quiet and respectful and drama free.
I’m starting a tech job in the city so I’m looking to live close by and not have to drive that bridge.
I also have a well-behaved America Bully that is house-trained and does not bark.
Gets along well with everyone.
If you don’t take in dogs I do have family that will look after him for me which is a good option since I’m so busy these days I’m not able to spend a lot of quality time.
It would be nice for him to live in a family home.
To be transparent my credit took a hit during the pandemic and and a bit more when I was laid off from my old job a few months backs.
I’m finally able to regroup from all that and hopefully I can find a space.
I don’t smoke or use drugs.
I don’t smoke marijuana but I’m not opposed to anyone who does.
I have no qualms with race, religion, political affiliations or dating preferences.
I’m easy-going and adaptable.
