Workspace needed for small business - Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, or nearby.
I have a small online store where small-scale manufacturers can sell their products.
Most of my work is on my computer and drawing on whiteboards.
Part of my business involves prototyping small example products (flashlights, water bottles, laptop cases, etc.
) to inspire and attract manufacturers to my store.
I do not do warehousing or shipping for my vendors so the usage of the space will be less commercial and more like a home-business.
I will be working alone most of the time, and occasionally may bring my daughter or 1-2 people to help me.
I will rarely if ever have anyone there when I am not there.
The work will sometimes be loud when I am cutting metal, vacuuming, etc.
I am very clean, disciplined, organized, and careful.
I will always keep the space clean and safe.
I will not store anything unsafe, and I will equip the space with a fire-extinguisher, Nest-Cam, and any other safety equipment necessary.
I have insurance for my equipment, and if you wish I can get renter's insurance and provide you with the documentation.
I can also cover my part of utilities.
I will not use the space for any other purpose and I will not be living or sleeping there.
I live on the border of Mountain View and Los Altos.
I can also dispose of garbage off-site, though I would prefer not.
I will need to be able to access the space independently and unannounced.
I will also need to be the only one using the space, but I'm flexible with the owner needing access for storage and such.
3-6 month lease preferred - likely to extend.
I do not yet have revenue from this business so I can only spend what I can afford from my savings and other income.
I can do around $500/ month: I have a little flexibility for the right space.

NEED:
- ~12x15 ft or more ideal.
- 110v power outlets (normal household wall outlets)
- Ventilation (exterior door or window fine)
- Access to a bathroom
- Access to running water (indoor or outdoor)
- Wifi/internet (I can setup my own, or use existing)
- Parking (street parking is fine, as long as it's not over-crowded)
- I do not need heating/AC
- Open to partially outdoor spaces
