Woman college stufent looks for affordable room in Marin (Corte Madera)

Hello everyone! I’m a 26 years old woman- student at college of Marin and I’m looking for a place to live starting 1st of July.
I’m clean, organized and respectful.
I go to college and have 2 jobs so I’ll be busy.
I’m trying to not make student debt when I transfer so I’m looking for a very affordable room- ideally I don’t want to pay more than $800.
I only need a safe and comfortable roomand I’m willing to help with pets or tasks to lower rent price down.
