A writer/educator who also works in customer service, I'm seeking a dog friendly room for rent.
I have a well behaved Golden Retriever who gets along well with other dogs, and has successfully shared with a cat.
I've often lived with roommates, and we both have references.
A place near public transit is best, as I don't have a car.
My full-time retail job is in Corte Madera, so Central or Southern Marin works best.
I'm a quiet vegetarian who doesn't smoke.
My work schedule varies, and I often have projects that I complete on my laptop.
Let's talk about rent when we connect, but I'm thinking it would ideally be in the $1000 - $1200 range.
Also, I would welcome the chance to discuss offsetting some rent by exchanging some chores such as babysitting, or tutoring.
As to a temporary situation: If the room available is only a temporary place, one to three months, then my dog will probably stay with friends while I continue to find something longer term.
