Senior male seeks room in East Bay (hercules, pinole, san pablo, el sob)

Hi---I'm a senior male, semi-retired with a guaranteed income to cover my housing, etc, plus I teach music part time up in West Coco 2-3 days a week.
I have good credit and I'm very quiet.
Currently in Hayward but need to leave here soon.
I'd like to find something in the East Bay only, anywhere from Hayward all the way up to Pinole/El Sobrante/Hercules/Crockett area.
I'm fine w/shared kitchen privileges (I'm a good cook).
Safe parking nearby would be great, and while I'd love a private bath I'm willing to share.
I'd like to find something around $500--$600/month.
