Landlord Selling Home need Room to rent ASAP (San Francisco)

Our current landlord is selling their home so we are in need of a room to rent out! We are a young couple (male, 27 yo; female, 26 yo) with a registered Emotional Support Animal (ESA).
(Siberian Husky) We are looking for a room to rent as we continue to build our credit and save up to buy a home in the coming years.
Our max budget is $900 but can flexible for the right room.
Ky partner (make)is a security guard currently in the process of backgrounds to become a CDCR.

I (female) part time as a waitress and goes to school part time as well.
We like to stay busy outside and love road trips! We stay to ourselves and love a peaceful home, we are drama and drug free.
Our ESA will never be left unattended or anything of that sort.
He is always with either one of us, if not both.
He will also not use the backyard for any bathroom breaks either.
