Need living space in Point Richmond. (richmond / point / annex)

Hello.
I am fifty of age, hispanic, blue collar, quiet, clean and respectful.
Looking for an affordable place to live near my work in Point Richmond since my vehicle broke down and I will have to walk or ride my bicycle.
I can afford up to seven hundred per month and need to be able to cook at least 3 times per week, any extra cost I can make up with any shores around the property, I am skilled as handyman and lawn care along with just about any manual work.
