Hi, my name is Martin and I am looking for a room to rent for around $700/m.
I can do a year lease or month to month.

I work full-time as a route driver.
My schedule is very unusual.
I work M-W in the evening hours.
Off Thursday and Saturday.
Work Friday & Sunday early mornings.
I keep to myself, clean after myself, and help with cleaning common areas.
I also pay my rent on time and have no prior evictions.
I am looking for a room in or near Richmond.
Move in date would be April 1st so I can give my current landlady a 30 days notice.
