Looking for long-term rental in a spacious light filled space (North Berkeley)

I am looking for a year long rental (fine with month-to-month) in a light-filled spacious house that would include space for both a bedroom and an office.
I am happy to join a community with like-minded others, but am open to living alone as well.
An added bonus is that I spend about 3 to 4 months on Cape Cod in the summer.
In the right circumstances, I would be open to paying for those months, even if I am not there.
I am sensitive to mold and would thus prefer a house that was built later than 1985 if possible.
As for myself, I am a psychologist in private practice interested in and currently studying psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
I am health conscious, enjoy meditation, dance and the outdoors.
