gentleman seeking safe clean room/ furnished/ affordable (alameda)

I have lived and worked in and around the Island for 0ver 10 years, many of you might have used my services as a Painter/decorator/Mr.
Fix it/ Handyman.
I have lived on a Boat for the last 8 years over by Dragon Rouge but as I get older I'm looking to get my feet back on dry land.
I really want to stay on the Island, I'm clean, quiet, don't smoke drink or use drugs, respectful and responsible, no pets and would be willing to offer some light duty work like cleaning etc.
and my 54 year skills as a tradesman in exchange for a cut in the rent.
