Open for anywhere in Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, Foster City, San Mateo, and Burligame.
About me:
- Professionally working as a software engineering manager in a big tech company.
- During weekdays I work ~10am-6pm.
3 days from office and 2 days from home.
- After work, enjoy watching TV and movies at home (keep the volume low).
- Don't smoke, no drugs, no pets and drink rarely (only socially).
- Usually out traveling or hiking over weekends.
Love outdoors.
- Quiet, clean, easy going, very friendly, respectful, sweet, no drama and open minded.
- Financially sound with great credit history.
About the apartment:
- Budget of up to ~$1500.
Need a private bath.
(Can go few hundred higher if it's a really good deal).
- Need an in-unit washer/dryer.
Don't prefer going out for laundry.
- Don't cook much in Kitchen.
Do prefer having a common kitchen though, for the occasional light cooking once in ~2 months.
- Open for either monthly or annual lease.
- Open for either 2br or 3br apartments (or bigger also with more roommates).
- I have 2 cars.
Willing to pay for extra parking spot if needed or give up on one of the car if parking spaces are restricted.
- (Optional) Would be nice to have a balcony.
About you:
- Be financially stable and able to pay your portion of rent and utilities consistently.
- Be easy going, respectful and friendly.
Share in keeping our common areas clean (living room, kitchen etc).
- No smoking and no drugs inside the apartment.
- Ok for male or female roommate (lived cordially with roommates of both genders in past).
- Ok if you have pets.
- Ok if your boyfriend/girlfriend comes over, as long as they are also easy going, respectful, clean, and friendly.
