We are two ladies 23 and 55 years old.
We are looking for responsible, eco-friendly tenant, who is good communicator and interested in being an active participant in this New Brighton Cohousing community.

org/ Renters here join in cooking and eating our community meals, participate in a team than helps keep up some part of the grounds or Common House (our shared community building) and are strongly encouraged to join in our every-other month community building gatherings as well as occasional social events.

Water and garbage are included in the rent; you pay separately Wifi and PGE.
References and proof of ability to pay rent will be required.
Last month’s rent and security deposit required, though deposit could be paid in three installments over the first three months.
If tenants donate hours, participating in keeping the grounds or common house, they can receive a reduction in rent the month following the hours, the equivalent of $15/hour, up to 6 hours.
Must be fully vaccinated with the most recent vaccine and willing to follow COVID protocols.
No smoking anywhere on property.
