Looking for a place to rent around $1400, month to month or 6 month lease.
I'm looking for a place in Santa Cruz but I'm open to finding something in Capitola sometime within two months or so from now.
I'm a single, 28 year old quiet individual who values cleanliness and I work full time as a maintenance technician for apartments in Santa Cruz.
Allowing a small dog to live with me is something I need, she is a small ten pound cute doggie.
I'm 420 friendly but I don't smoke anymore, and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle.
While I keep to myself most of the time, I do host small gatherings occasionally with close friends.
