I'm looking for a room in a COVID cautious household, with other flatmates who wear n95 masks in public indoor settings at minimum.
I'm on the more COVID-cautious side in general.
I'd like to be within a 15 minute drive of South Berkeley.
My budget is $1200/mo max.
I'd like to move between now and Mar 1.
I'm white, in my 30s, queer, and non-binary (but assigned female at birth).
In my free time, I enjoy singing, listening to podcasts, being in nature, and reading fantasy novels.
I used to sing in a choir and do modern dance pre-pandemic.
I am quiet and enjoy hanging out with housemates when our schedules allow.
Open communication is important to me.
I'm fragrance free, but can tolerate most essential oils and light synthetic fragrances.
I am sensitive to mold - the amount in bathrooms is ok, but if the house has a basement or crawlspace, I'd want to check it out.
I'm also reactive heavy dust, VOCs ("new paint smell", "new house smell"), and strong synthetic fragrances.
I love animals, but don't have any myself.
Let me know if you have anything, and feel free to pass this on to anyone you know who has a room.
