I'm a single, responsible, friendly person, I clean up after myself and would take good care of the home.
I can pay 600/mo and I always pay rent on time.
I'm happy to help with chores too.
I have no pets and I don’t drink or smoke or do any drugs.
My current living situation is hard because I am a crossdresser but I am not comfortable dressing up around my current room mates.
