Small Room And Bathroom/No Kitchen/Love All Animals (menlo park)

Hello my name is Matthew, I am seeking just a room and bathroom only, no kitchen or parking needed.
This would be for weekdays only for my internship in the City.
I am a older intern and my budget is very limited because I help my senior mom at her home when i can and have to work part time.
I am very quiet and don't smoke or drink.
I would have no visitors over and I am very routine person.
I can help with pets or anything that would be of help, cleaning or any household work daily.
Please, i just ask for a chance for something affordable for i can complete my internship in the City.
