Colorful, quiet house mate. Great sense of humor. (hayward / castro valley)

So I've been living on C Street in Hayward for 14 years on a monthly basis.
Love this apartment but the owner says he wants to move back in and I'm actively looking for a room share (preferably a private entrance).
I've lived many places as I'm a retired radio deejay and was on the air in Charlotte, West Palm Beach, Akron-Canton, and other cities.
These days I work from home on a part time basis and record learning scripts, corporate video narrations, etc.
for customers and ALL my work is done over the Internet.
I do not have anyone coming to see me.
I'm friendly and for the most part quiet.
I'm looking to stay in the immediate area around downtown Hayward or Castro Valley.
I don't cook so I don't need to use the kitchen.
Male or female is fine.
I just turned 65.
I get along well with folks.
No drugs.
Social drinker.
Looking in the $950 to $1100 range.
Private bath a + but not a deal breaker.
