I'm 27M and am looking into changing jobs to a role in the Mission Bay area, so I'm searching for a private room anywhere that could be ideally within 30min walking distance (but not a deal-breaker) of there.
I typically WFH about twice a week, and the other days I'm normally out of the house from morning till night since I go to the gym after work.
I'm generally quiet and don't have people over that often, and do not drink/smoke in the apartment.
More than happy to help out with splitting chores around the communal living spaces.
My preference would be to have housemates who are similar in that regard, but I am absolutely more than fine with occasional gatherings.
I would love to be in an environment where I can be on friendly terms with my housemates and eat dinner/go out together every once in a while.
Sadly while I love pets, I tend to have allergic reactions to dogs/cats that shed lots of fur (breeds like poodles are ok), so if you have pets of that kind, that probably is a deal-breaker for me.
I also have a car with me, so I would either need to be in a place that comes with a parking space, or in an area that has ample street parking.
My budget (including potential parking fees) is up to ~$1500 all included.
