Hi from my apartment near downtown Hayward! My landlord informed me that the man who owns my apartment building wants to move in.
It came as a surprise to me.
I've lived in this apartment for 14 years.
So, onward.
I'm looking for a decent sized room, with a private entrance and private bathroom (but willing to share).
I work part time from home.
No one comes to me.
I work over the internet.
I don't cook so I won't need a kitchen.
I've roomed quite a bit over the years and have never had any issues with sharing.
Looking for a rental in the $975 to $1100 range.
