I'm a 68 year old healthy, active male (biking, spinning, skiing and hiking.
) Semi-retired Engineer that has lived in SF/Marin for the last 40 years.
I don't drink or use drugs (at all.
) Looking for a share rental in a nice flat or large space in neighborhoods such as the Marina, SOMA/Mission Bay, Pac Heights, Cow Hollow, Hayes Valley/Alamo Square or certainly open to suggestions! I have a small 26lb Cavashun, super well behaved, super friendly with people and all other dogs and incredibly cute to boot.
I grew up in NYC, went to college and grad school around an in Philadelphia and like the dog (Mako) am well behaved, friendly etc (and since have opposable thumbs and an engineering degree can fix things!) I spend about ⅓ of my time at my place in Northstar - certainly skiing and biking in the summers.
And of course depending on the room/house mates - that's available.

My budget is probably up to $3500/month plus a split of the normal stuff and looking at 6 mos to a year or more.
