IHSS Client Seeks Shared Home 🏡 pets/420 ok (rohnert pk / cotati)

IHSS Client needs housing situation with IHSS Provider (temp/long-term).
This means the patient (client/recipient) is seeking a place to live in a home where someone lives already (care provider), who is ALSO willing to receive paycheck from CA State Treasury 2x/month (in addition to the rent), in exchange for assistance with basic ADLs one time per day: ensuring at least one decent meal, basic hygiene, prep for next day, and ensuring client goes to sleep early enough for following day.
In return, client is incredibly active and motivated to help out with literally anything and everything that can be done to assist You.
Client has 75+ hrs/mo avail thru IHSS.
If not already certified as in In-Home Supportive Services Care Provider, applicant/s will need to pass fingerprinting/DOJ background check and all necessary orientation steps to complete the process.
Timesheets are issued with retroactive (back-dated) start dates, if applicant/s begin/began working at any point Before completing the certification process (handled by Sonoma County Public Authority).
Can also pay reasonable rent + bills and help w/household upkeep.
Pot (215/420/710) & pet friendly; willing to relocate.
