I was born and raised in SF and after being away from home for 15 years, I am finally getting the opportunity to move back! I am looking for an apartment, studio or room to rent long term.
I am a single, mid-thirties, gay male, non-smoker, and currently working full-time in the HR field (remotely).
I have no pets, roomies, or children - just me! My moving timeline is flexible.
I am just wanting to find the right place where I know I will stay longer-term.
(at least 1 year to start)
I am running into application denials due to credit history (nothing pertaining to evictions), so I am going this route to see if anyone has any rentals/rooms for rent that will work with someone with a challenged credit score.
I do have landlord references I can provide.
I also have a budget, depending on what kind of place I can find.
For a room to rent, I would not want to pay more that $1700 monthly.
Can be flexible depending on conditions and home setup.
