Artist looking for studio space (alamo square / nopa)

I'm a textile artist living in Nopa looking for a studio space nearby.
I don't do anything messy or dangerous, but the loom can be loud and I don't want to disturb anyone in a residential space.
I'm not looking for an apartment, just a room I can access most days.
Even 120 sq ft could work.
Keep in mind my budget doesn't compare to a rent check! If you own a building with an unused small room, please reach out! Ideally I'm looking in Nopa, the Haight, the Richmond (not Outer Richmond), the Fillmore, or Japantown.
