I'm looking for a room to rent in a clean, quiet household, preferably with some communication among those living there.
My present lease where I'm living now is a 3-month lease which I will not extend.
It ends at the end of April.
I want to find a new place for the beginning of May.
I am looking for a long-term residence.
I am a clean, quiet individual with a very simple lifestyle.
I clean up very well after myself in the bathroom and the kitchen after I've used either.
If I'm listening to music or watching a video, it is with headphones.
I work as a tutor, in-person and online, in Spanish and in Teaching English to Speakers of other languages.
I have MA degrees in each area.
I spent 4 years in Madrid, Spain teaching English at all levels.
I love my work, as I was originally planning to become a Social Worker.
I thrive on helping others.
I do not tutor in-person at all where I live.
I work outside of the home, except when giving online classes using my laptop.
I use my residence solely for sleeping, preparing very simple meals, tutoring online, and resting.
I do not have overnight guests or visitors where I live.
My use of the residence is, in this way, very minimal.
That is a basic introduction to who and how I am.
