36 f sober & 2 yr m 35lb well behaved dog need room to rent (Oakland)

I am 36 sober woman looking for anything relatively inexpensive to rent.
Open to the possibilities.
I had a sublet lined up came back to town and it fell through so now I’m couch surfing and that is really hard with my dog and limited contacts.
Please no creeps not posting to do creep stuff.
I’m not going to live in your room.
Oakland preferably open to ideas.
