Seeking Part-time Quiet Haven (noe valley)

43yo female with no children or pets, looking for a part-time furnished room within reasonable walking distance to Noe Valley starting sometime in June.
I live with my boyfriend most of the time in Noe Valley but we like having space sometimes too, so I'm hoping that I can find something for 2-4 days per week.
I'm a Victim Advocate in the criminal justice field and I value the prioritization of survivors' voices to inform public policy decisions.
Mostly I work from home but am not on calls all day.
I'm an early riser and often in bed by 9, and am sound sensitive so I value a quiet space in general.
I'd love to have my own bathroom if possible, or at least a split bath.
Cat allergy so I can't live with them but I love hanging with dogs.
