Quiet technical designer looking for a quiet room. (sunnyvale)

My name is Nick, I'm in my early 40s, single.
I'm an instrumentation designer.
For the most part I do contract design work for the local bio-medical device community.
My lifestyle is very simple: work hard, study to maintain skills, exercise, volunteer, sleep.
I don't smoke.
I'm not fond of drink.
I need to move because of noise at the place I currently live at.
My search area is around Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, San Jose (downtown, West, North), as well as Peninsula.
But will consider other areas too.
I don't have an exact moving date in mind.
I haven't given my present landlord the 30 days notice yet.
We can pick the date.
It may be a month or two or three out.
