We own this home (have owned the home since 1998) and are looking for quiet, considerate non-smokers who would like to share a house with like-minded, quiet, considerate housemates, We have hosted international students over the years, this is an ideal situation for students who want a safe, stable home environment with a nice family.
We have pets in the home already, so no new pets are permitted.
Room rates are $950-$1100 for single occupancy, $1600-$1800 for double occupancy.
Utilities (water, heat, electricity) are included in rental rates but use of laundry facilities is not - use of laundry facilities will be an extra charge.
One room can be available immediately ($950 single, $1600 double).
The other two rooms are available June 1 ($1100 single, $1800 double).
House has amazing views of the bay, two decks and large garden.
