Looking for a great place in a timely manner (San Francisco)

Good day to all!!! My name's David and I'm presently putting feelers out there looking for a new place.
In the interest of full transparency I'd like to put all of my cards on the table, so that we can ensure that this will be a good fit.
I've been living in a beautiful home in St Francis Wood for 4 years now, without any problems or issues.
However, the master tenant has decided to move on for personal reasons.
Thus, leaving us to deal with the home owner, who wishes to take possession of his home.
There is a process he must follow and a relocation stipend that he must pay in this case.
I'm not really in a rush to make a decision because there is a process to the negotiations and such.
But if I were to find the right place, I may move sooner.
I'm an account manager in property management, and have had stable income for quite some time.
