House access but I sleep in tesla (emeryville)

I've got an idea ive been kicking around.
To save rent on the extreme rent hikes and get the car I've wanted for a while.
I'm looking for someone to rent out access to their house as if I rented a room but I will sleep in my Tesla.
I won't take up any bed space.
Very minimal storage space laptop and a few other items.
price can be determined if I'm given a safe place to park while I sleep driveway exectra.
I produce music and have a social life in the area but also enjoy being around roommates, I'm very quiet and respectful either way.
I don't smoke or drink.
Light cooking once I a while.
I have allergies though so wouldnt be able to live with any pets.
