Looking for Private Room for Rent $1200 max (Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Campbell, Milpitas, etc)

Hi all! I'm a woman in my 30's who works full time, and enjoys swimming and attending book clubs on my free time.
I am a pretty clean and tidy person.
I try to be respectful of shared spaces, both in keeping them clean and being friendly/not bothering others in the common spaces with me.
I also like to cook (typically 1-2x per week), and will occasionally bake if there's others I can share the baked goods with.
I'm looking for a private bedroom, am fine with sharing a bathroom with another person, and want full kitchen privileges.
I'd prefer a safe place to park my car, and washer/dryer on-site or within the complex.
I also want to feel safe and comfortable wherever I move, whether that means getting along well with my roommates or at least being respectful of each other, we should all feel at peace in our home.
